Default Storm cloud seeding

To be honest I haven researched this topic at all but I have heard that this has had some success in other locations. Why can't we investigate the same possibilites here (and at this point I think we are).

Has it got any real chance of working or is it just a pipe dream?

I saw something on the news... some dodgy looking Indian guy trying to convince the government to cough up $600K to pay for the seeding. Wouldn't say how it worked, only that it did...

I dunno... the guy looked dodgy to me...

I'm pretty sure the King of Thailand owns a patent for cloud seeding..
