Italian Lamb Shanks
I got this video from the Super Butcher newsletter. I have already cooked it myself and it was really good, great for the cooler weather we are having. The gremolata makes the dish. They usually have the written recipies up on www.superbutchervip.com.au but I can't see it there yet.
